Yes. Our tours are designed using structured risk assessments. We apply speed management policies, regroup strategies, and route planning to reduce exposure. However, cycling on public roads involves inherent risk and requires responsible riding.
Yes. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding. This is non-negotiable.
We actively monitor weather conditions. If necessary, we: 1)Reduce distance , 2)Modify route , 3)Change start times, 4) Suspend riding, 5)Offer alternatives where possible. Safety always comes first.
Inform the Tour Leader immediately. We have a support vehicle available during multi-day tours and can modify your participation if needed.
We conduct safety briefings before technical sections. The Tour Leader sets controlled speeds and spacing. If necessary, participants may descend in smaller groups.
Our Tour Leaders are trained to: 1)Secure the group , 2)Provide first aid , 3)Contact emergency services if needed , 4)Coordinate with the support vehicle , 5)All incidents are documented and reviewed.
