- Riding Skills: Participants must possess adequate riding skills and experience to safely navigate public and rural streets. We reserve the right to decline participation to individuals whom we believe do not meet these requirements, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
- Bike Model Changes: We reserve the right to substitute the model of the bike requested with a similar model of the same specifications or an upgraded model, based on availability and operational requirements.
- Hotel Changes: While we strive to adhere to the confirmed hotel accommodations, we reserve the right to substitute the confirmed hotel with another of the same or higher category due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
- Terrain: Our tours primarily follow routes on paved roads and paths. Detailed information regarding tour difficulty level, daily terrain, mileage, and elevation gain can be found on each tour’s itinerary page.
- Environmental Factors: Participants should be aware that the bike trip is conducted outdoors and is subject to various environmental factors. These factors, including weather conditions, terrain variations, and unforeseen circumstances, may necessitate adjustments to the planned schedule, route, timing, and duration of the trip. Our priority is to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants while maximising the enjoyment of the experience.
Force Majeure
In the event that circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”) necessitate the cancellation or modification of a tour, including but not limited to fires, earthquakes, floods, extreme weather events such as hurricanes, strikes, or the failure of third parties such as suppliers (ferry and transfer companies) to fulfil their obligations, the confirmed destinations and inclusions may need to be adjusted.
If such circumstances arise, the itinerary of the trip will be adapted accordingly to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants. Please note that in cases of force majeure, participants will not be eligible for a refund for any modifications made to the itinerary. We will make every effort to communicate changes promptly and provide suitable alternatives where possible.
