The bikes were in excellent condition which made the whole trip a pleasure to cycle. The mix of the inner city and gardens followed by the ride to the ocean and back was perfect. This is the most efficient way to explore Athens. It is highly advised you do this tour on the first day of arrival. I learnt a lot of tips and discovered many hidden gems on the tour but since it was my last day in Athens before flying to Karpathos, I couldn’t revisit certain places. Sapfo was our tour leader on this private tour. She was fun, tentative and we felt safe while riding with her. The ride was extremely easy and relaxing. So easy that we didn’t realise we had cycled for 28km. What a great way to burn some calories, getting ready for a nice dinner! Definitely a must do!
Easy and beautiful private ride through Athens and its Riviera. A nice way to see how Athenians live, outside down-town. Dimitris was an excellent tour leader. He showed us a different part of Athens and gave us much appreciated tips to help get the most out of it. The beach where we stopped is awesome, with extremely nice and clear water. One of the highlights of the tour was the stop at the bakey, where Dimitris offered us delicious Greek food, sweet and salted!
